Obsessive

I am now realizing the extent of my compulsive need to compete. I'm going crazy here, I'm not around any other artists- I'm too used to being in constant competition to be the best. I need to be competing, I need to feel like I have to work harder, I need to be the best, I need to try to be the best. I NEED to be the best. When I'm in class, I feel like I haven't done anything unless I KNOW my work is the best in the room. Any one else have similar problems?
